Booking is simple! Click the 'Book Now' button on any tour page to access our online booking system powered by FareHarbor. You can select your preferred date, time, and number of passengers. We accept all major payment methods and require only a 2-person minimum for all cruises.

We understand plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we'll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund if needed.

We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a light jacket for evening cruises. Comfortable, non-slip shoes are ideal. We provide all drinks and meals as specified in each package, but feel free to bring a camera to capture the stunning views of Townsville and Magnetic Island!

No sailing experience is required! Our experienced skipper handles all the sailing while you relax and enjoy the scenery. All our cruises are suitable for ages 6+ (18+ for all cruises, and no special fitness level is needed. Just come ready to enjoy a relaxing time on the water.

We keep our groups intimate with a maximum of 6 passengers per trip (unlike other operators who take 15+ people). This ensures a more personal, relaxing experience. We operate with just a 2-person minimum, so your trip won't be cancelled due to low numbers.

Yes, all our sailing charters are conducted in English by our friendly local skipper. We're happy to accommodate international guests and can provide basic information in other languages when possible. Our focus is on creating a welcoming atmosphere for all passengers.
